Kayla Sutherland is a Brooklyn native who has been passionate about acting from the age of 11.  She is a LaGuardia Arts drama department alumnus.  Sutherland has worked in film, television, and theater productions.  She is known for her leading role as Sasha in BRIC TV's series "Sole Kings."  Another notable role is her role as Claire in the LaGuardia Arts remake of The Breakfast Club.  She is also highly recognized for her role as Dyslexia in an off-Broadway production of Death By Chocolate.  Sutherland has trained with Alice Nagel, Lee Lobenhofer, Harry Shifman, and Khalilah Webster.  She is most recently training with James Reese, Tracey Moore, and Yolanda Hunt.  Sutherland is an experienced dancer trained in ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, and African dancing.  Sutherland's background in the arts has shaped who she is today.  Sutherland has also established herself as a model.  She has been the face of Kayla Ashli Collection, Quintessential Hair and Boutique, and House of Neahlis
